Naruto Shippuuden Episode 143 - The Eight-Tails vs. Sasuke
The Eight-Tails Jinchuuriki was too powerful for Sasuke and his team. Sasuke took fatal injuries during the fight and was healed twice, one by biting Karin to absorb her chakra and the other through Jugo. Suijetsu released a large water wall or barrier to protect Sasuke, Karin and Jugo. At the end of the fight, Sasuke was forced to use his Amaterasu left eye and later he used his two eyes while trying to put out the black flame that caught Karin. They were able to stop the rampaging eight-tails but did not beat it. Sasuke carried the clone of the eight-tailed Jinchuuriki not knowing that he is carrying a fake jinchuuriki.
